Los Angeles Galaxy go to MLS Final

Indeed, Beckham got a call from England coach Fabio Capello. However, former captain of the Three Lions, the England team nickname-was decided to survive in order to defend the Los Angeles Galaxy. Beckham has promised to stay with the club if the opportunity to the final.

Beckham’s decision was not wrong. Galaxy finally strolled into the final after conquering Houston Dynamo 2-0 in Western Conference playoffs yesterday (14/11).

The victory led the Galaxy to be representative for the Western Conference in the final fight against the winner of playoff action between the Chicago Fire and Real Salt Lake City in the Eastern Conference. Winner of the final right to hold the title later on MLS champions. Galaxy chance to win a third title after 2002 and 2005 seasons.

Galaxy victory over Dynamo traveled through struggle. The two teams played without a goal until the end of normal time 2 x 45 minutes. Action must be continued through the round extra-time.

Galaxy finally scored a goal in 103 minutes through a header from Gregg Berhalter utilizing feedback from Beckham’s free kick. Six minutes later, the Galaxy captain Landon Donovan doubled the host advantage from the spot.

The penalty imposed penalties for violations committed loud Houston midfielder Ricardo Clark for Alan Gordon in the forbidden area. “We deserved this victory, but battle not over,” Donovan said as reported by Canadian Press.

Party through the top and potentially win the title became the turning point of the internal chaos in the Galaxy which occurs at the beginning of the season. All this stems from loans Beckham to AC Milan, who lead chaotic in the locker room.

“Absolutely nothing is wrong with the controversy that happened in the club. That’s what makes players even more united. It is important for us to do their best after upset in the last four years,” said Beckham told ESPN.
